Returns

You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligibile for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain matter of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Each print is an original and authentic signed chromogenic photographic print.  The printing of this original print was supervised and/or performed and approved by Nicole Goldman.  All rights to the image are fully retained by the artist.  Any unauthorized reproduction or use is in violation of U.S. copyright law. 

Ordering and Shipping

All orders received no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time will require one full business day for processing and packing before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 10 - 15 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below).

We ship via USPS and Fed Ex.  Standard flate rate shipping is $10 on all orders. 

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (this excludes weekends and holidays). 

We cannot ship internationally.
